Buenos Aires Province

Located near General Lavalle, in Buenos Aires Province, approximately three hours by road from Buenos Aires, this hunting area is an ideal destination for hunters who want to experience free-range big game hunting without traveling far from the capital.

The property covers more than 16,000 acres, and when combined with neighboring properties where hunting is also conducted, the available hunting area can reach approximately twice that size. This extensive area, together with its variety of natural environments, provides excellent conditions for a genuine free-range hunting experience.

What makes this destination particularly attractive is the remarkable variety of natural habitats found throughout the hunting area. Open grasslands, native monte, wetlands, lagoons and extensive marshy areas create ideal conditions for a diverse range of big game species, allowing each species to make use of the habitat that best suits its natural behavior.

The open plains provide excellent habitat for blackbuck antelope, while the monte and grasslands offer ideal cover for axis deer. The lagoons and marshy areas are particularly attractive to water buffalo, while the denser monte provides excellent habitat for wild sheep and feral goats.

This combination of different habitats makes the area especially interesting for hunters looking for axis deer and blackbuck close to Buenos Aires, while also offering the opportunity to hunt a variety of other big game species in a truly natural environment.

All big game hunting here is conducted using the spot-and-stalk method. This is a completely free-range hunting area, with no high game-proof fencing restricting the natural movement of the animals. The property is a working cattle ranch, and the big game species live and reproduce as truly wild animals within this natural environment.

For hunters who would also like to experience a small sample of Argentina's bird hunting, some bird shooting can be arranged in the area. While it is not comparable to the exceptional high-volume wingshooting offered at Santa Adela, it can be an enjoyable addition for those who would like to combine both types of hunting during their stay.

The ideal group size is up to four hunters at a time, allowing for a personalized experience and efficient organization in the field. Larger groups can also be accommodated when required; the property has successfully hosted groups of almost twice that size.
